Ticks suck blood for my dog?!?

Yesterday, my dog jumped on me and began to moan, I, of course, patting his back. While I was stroking his back felt a big bump. Curious I looked. I saw it was a tick forgotten God! However, the ticks are in the head, chin and back (but not yet drawn a lot of blood, just some, but not obstructed by luck) We need to send poor Sparky to the vet soon, but maybe I could get rid of ticks or dogs relieve my pain? I tried this spray, but had no effect on ticks. Please give me some help, I have a lot of time to actually go out because I'm afraid of bugs (regardless of arachnids), I read that can give horrible diseases such as Lyme. The striped brown tick appears little about it. Is this a dangerous species? please help me I have been pulling ticks. I threw 20 tonight.

I've always said that if you put a drop of Frontline (fleas and ticks) directly on a tick will release its bite. Otherwise, take it to the vet for to boot. Do not wait. Ticks can transmit diseases.
