How I can overcome my fear of spiders?

I was afraid of them as long as I can remember. It's strange because I have no fear of any other arachnids such as scorpions (even if they are dangerous) ticks, mites, etc, I am terrified of spiders and harvestmen or daddy, even when I hear the name or see writing gives me chills. Yesterday there were three legs daddylong in schools near the bathroom door, I totally panicked. my friends had to carry me not wanting bathroom.I afraid to take my life and I have that fear when I become an adult!
