Can you identify the following spider for me?

There is a spider looking to identify. It is brown and cream with scratches on his legs and a strange looking slate cocoon in the back. It is a spider spinning its web and there was the remains of a cocoon, probably refreshments. Hi, this is certainly an Orb Weaver, Spider. World and build up networks usually feels in the middle of them. The species is probably a golden Orb Weaver. Usually found in open and clearly visible. Very common Garden Spider. Hope that helps!-Batman
